Casualty of strong wind yesterday

A small yacht has been blown ashore just above the Tide Mill at Woodbridge. It looks as if it has dragged its mooring. The name may be Paddington, cannot quite make it out with binos .
Anyone know the owner?

I've just forwarded that onto the moorings secretary at the Kyson Fairways Committee. I think they also cover the swing moorings outside the Tide Mill.
