I'm looking for a local source for waterproof carpet please.
The current carpet I have looks like it has a rubberised under-coating, and I presume are waterproof.
I'd quite like to replace it with something that wont rot/wrinkle etc, and also something thats not too difficult to work with.

Any ideas?

Also, I dont really want it to look like that super cheap speakerbox/factory warehouse carpet, but it shouldn't be super-thick cut pile either, somewhere in between would be good.

thanks

Go see what your local carpet shop has in off-cuts for bathrooms.

SR had a really long shag pile in when I bought it & I thought it would be really useless for muddy, sandy & wet feet. It turned out to be really nice to walk on in bare feet & simply needed shaking over the side after a swimming session or a day on the beach. I was quite disappointed when it needed replacing several years later & I couldn't get more of the same.
