Hello,

I am after a 400mm long piece of hard wood (oak or teak) which is 70mm square at one end expanding in height at 1.6 degrees to the other end, yet still only 70mm wide. At the mid point (200mm) i need a 25mm hole in the top that is 60mm deep.

This is to mount the attachment point of my passerelle on my fore deck as my med berth only allows me to board via the bow. I need the height to clear my toe rail and the length matches the width of my passerelle.

Any ideas? The piece of wood would only be used when we are on the boat an not left exposed 365.
