A lot of those boats will come with tenders and PWC, not to mention windsurfers and other toys. I don't pay any extra for my tender but in a similar situation it would result in a second claim as it's mentioned separately on my insurance document.

Do 'written off' grp hulls get recycled somehow having been stripped?

Is there even an established way of recycling grp?

On another tack, I expect this year's Rapallo boat jumble will have some choice bargains in it...plenty of cocktail cabinets that light up when the doors are opened.
