That first one is a bit strange. It's really a boat on a trailer that you can use as a caravan if you wish. but like all these "caraboats" it's neither a good caravan or a good boat.

The strangest thing that struck me was the outboard motor drops in a well inside the enclosed boat. That must get pretty stinky inside the boat. no wonder everyone was sitting on the front or the roof.
