Looks fake, seems to be some lines around the jumper.

No. It's been over-compressed. Any high contrast boundary or area with red hues in it will show artefacts like this before other areas. The sky around the cliff edge shows the same effect.

I'm not saying it's not a fake, but the effects you comment on are more likely in a genuine image.
