Hello all - have been without a floating toy for the last few years, but good to be back.
I am looking at buying a Cap Feret 452 Open Swing with a 40hp outboard. Its justa day boat, without any cabin.
I will use it on the Thames and Wey/Basingstoke Canals as they are nearby. Will mainly be for pottering about with my son, maybe a bit of fishing - occasionally wife and daughter may join us for sunny afternoons.
Just wondered if anyone has anything good/bad to say about these before I go ahead?
Any advice appreciated.
