Can you help please? Frome River Moorings

Hello all good people.
I have a minor problem trying to contact the EA regarding my joint mooring south of Ridge on the Frome River at Wareham.

Can anyone please help me by giving me any recent contact details for someone who at least knows what a mooring is?

The people in the Ridge Wharf office or Radcliffe Yacht Club may be able to help. What's a joint mooring btw?

Thank you very much for your reply. Simply I share the mooring with another person so two names need to be on the Licence. Currently I need an official copy.
