Not sure if it's a Norman. Looks similar, although it has a planing hull. Also looks similar to a teal 22

From memory of the 1970s I would think it may well be a Mayland.

The chap who did my safety certificate suggested that she is a Shetland Speedwell but I have yet to see an image that nails it

She is around 5m long

Doesnt look at all like a Speedwell. Speedwell windows are rounded at the corners

I do not think it is a Shetland. I think that QBhoy came with the closest answer you're likely to get. It's got the molded clinker hull of a Teal or more specifically of 'Hydrover' and their HS Cruiser that Teal took over. See if you can find the Hydrover plate on her.
