She looks tidy in the pictures. Make sure she really is designed and built for offshore use . Probably you would get some advice on the Motorboat forum.
One very good point is that she has a spare engine.You should run this regullarilly and keep it in good order,eventually you will inevitably need it to get in after a speck of dirt or some minor fault stops your 60 hp. You could use the 4 hp on a dinghy to give it a run or explore up a river etc.
Have you sorted out a mooring yet?
