It would be easy to think it's a mayland 17 but it isn't.
Is the cabin top home made of plywood? The corners look sharp, which suggests it isn't GRP. In that case, it might be a home made cabin, in which case the only thing to identify the manufacturer is the hull, which isn't much to go on with just those 2 pictures

The top is definately GRP although the entrance to the cabin has been added using plywood. I have found another of the same type for sale on the internet but with no more information. Apologies for the picture quality they were lifted from the web.
