Can anyone identify the make and model of this sports cruiser?

Oh jeez. This is really getting to me now. As a self considered total boat geek...it’s driving me nuts.
It’s almost a cross between a fairline sunfury (the square windows) and something like a late 80’s early 90’s Bavaria or similar.
Even cranchi thoughts are there too. It’s defo European I would say.

It is called a Mallorca 32 made in the midlands in the early 90s. I went out on it from Poole Harbour when it was introduced. I remember the skipper found the sand bar outside of the entrance.
Cannot remember any further details.
