In fact the Alacrity and Vivacity are built by same yard .... Russell Marine, but designed by different people ....

The Alacrity is also slightly different in hull form, but unless you put them alongside each other you would never tell !!!! The V is slightly bigger by inches than the A.
It is quite likely that coming from same builder that 'cross-over' of components may have occurred.....
