Can anyone help identifying this outboard

Hello everyone, I am just wondering if anyone can help identifying this engine.
All what i know about it that it can be a suzuki dt engine but I have no idea how many hp it is, there is no plate anywhere on it to identify the hp or the year.

It is a 2 cylinder 2 stroke engine with electric start, 1 carb, long shaft.
Lads in the boat yard had different opinions some saying 20hp and some saying 25hp or 35hp.

It’s an old 70’s or 80’s Suzuki. Not sure what horsepower, might be a 9.9 or a 15.

I think so it came with a project 15 ft speed boat

Do the 9.9 or the 15 comes with electric start? Someone in the yard has 9.9 but it is only manual pull start and the shaft looks much skinner than the one I have
