Not mine but moored near me in Plymouth.
About 35' maybe longer.
Two masts. Unusually one right forward.
As you can see 'aircraft style' cockpit.
In the cockpit the steering is by a single short tiller but unusually again this turns a horizontal shaft.

Conventional but planked.

I would guess older than 1930.

She looks reminiscent of a Norfoll Broads wherry yacht, but not with two masts. Are both masts original?
Wherry yachts were usually cat rigged but it was also common on American boats.
 
I would guess the counter has been shortened, the lines look odd, the cockpit looks to have been covered over too. Very odd, it will be interesting to see if anyone actually knows the story.
