Trapper 300 26ft. quick little yacht with reasonable accomodation built by Northshore --goos build quality.-- used to have a v good Association based in Portsmouth I think. Most go for around 9k -10k for a good one.

Seconded on the trapper - you might even get an early trapper 500 for the money, and they are excellent.

Easily gettable for under 10 grand.
