Campingaz scales

I think it used to be possible to get scales (or was it a spring balance) which weighed a Campingaz 907 cylinder and told you how much gas was in it. Either my memory is failing, my Google-fu is up the spout or they no longer exist, but I can't find one on line. Anyone know if they are available? Converting a spring balance wouldn't be hard, but if they already exist ...

One of these. Weighs up to 14lb x 4 oz divisions , so low precision
Then you deduct the tare weight marked the bottle. IIRC thts in kg, so abacus needed .

Digital luggage scales more sensible, but no such thing when I bought this about 50 yeas ago.
