I think just the 21.8 LH to M20 would have solved my initial problem, but it was still cheaper for me to buy the additional Calor adaptor from BES. For anyone trying to do this in the future, it would be easier to buy the hose and a Calor adaptor from BES listed in one of the earlier posts and a camping Gaz adaptor available from various sources other than BES. I just went wrong trying to save a few £s on postage, that ended up costing me even more.
