Can anyone give me an idea of where I can get a full camper canvas and bimini for a 2003 Bayliner 285 and what sort of cost I would be looking at.

Try Aquatics of Windermere as they used to be the bayliner importers and used to have a very good part department.
You could also get a local supplier to make a custom one, which would allow you to make improvements to the standard cover including changing the fittings from poppers to a more durable and easier type.
No idea how much a genuine Bayliner cover would cost, but a custom jobbie will probably be around £1500-£2000 depending on how far you deviat from the original.

Proper Bayliner canvas will be mega bucks, if you dont mind importing then Here is an american supplier who work from Bayliner's original patterns. Otherwise you need a local chap to make you one up.
