Ummm...I've just checked out marine category search on 'school', picked out tuition- sea school from the four categories returned, hit that and got 40 companies. Most of them are at this year's event, a few are still listed as having exhibited last year (these will disappear in next day or so once we have checked they are not returning).

Bad news is yours isn't one of them. Do you have space at LIBS under suncoast name or are you in an NFSS shell scheme (and hence not notified to us by organiser?)

well I put in Sea school first got no response then school, mind you didnt use "marine category. We most certainly have a stand N1647 paid handsomely for it Kim under Sun Coast Marine, why we not there you think?/forums/images/icons/frown.gif

Clive,

It swings one of two ways.

Either you weren't included on the list supplied by the London Boat Show up until recently (we are just going through the latest updates now -- we are sent the complete list each week with no indication of changes so it takes time). Or you were and you weren't added to ours.

In either event the starting point is that I see you have never asked for a directory listing...the basic one is free. The London show list is relational to the other. Normally we pick these things up and chase you for details so I'll ask my end what happened.

Got a mesage from your brother Barry saying check out online list, and I told him we werent on it either.
I wonder why we bother spending all this money really. Thanks fot the advice Kim i'll email the lady you suggest

I wish it was as simple as saying that because we bill you we know you exist. But for privacy reasons and loads of others the billing system doesn't talk to the live side directory.

Having said that you were completely at liberty to file your company with the directory as soon as you launched it, spend or no.

You are up and live now...you weren't in the initial exhibitor list which is why you didn't appear; you are in the subsequent one which is what we are in the process of checking right now. I presume you were a late entry and/or were on the waiting list with the show organiser?

Finally, you complained and we acted, all in a day, so it's not all bad.
