Hi Everyone,

I have finally completed on my new boat a Hustler 30.

I've been interested in Hustlers' for years (since I first sailed one on my Day Skipper practical – She was called Rhombus BTW and I fell in love immediately). I tried a few other boats but none have sailed as well as that Hustler and now that I have one I'm over the moon as I think they are the nicest looking boats out there.

One thing that I have noticed is the lack of on-line resource regarding these marvellous vessels. So, as I have some spare hosting capacity I've decided that I'm going to start a Hustlers Owners Association as there appears to be nothing else out there.

The intention of the site is to provide a central resource for all things Hustler for past, present and future owners. I’m intending to have boat specs, history, technical articles, forum and members area (boat register/contact sheet, members discounts and so on) as part of the site. My ultimate aim is to start an annual rally for Hustlers. As I think it would be a glorious sight to see a load of Hustlers sailing together and it would be a great opportunity to meet other owners :D

As my own boat will need some work doing to it (Full gas installation, rewire electrics from scratch and so on) I thought this work would be an ideal start to the articles.

So where do Hustler owners come into it?

I’m looking for any good quality Hustler images that I can use in the banners and galleries. Also, if there are any scanned brochures for the H25 and H30 that could be forwarded on that would be much appreciated.

If you are an ex-Hustler owner and you have any of the above then that’s just as valuable as it will all contribute to the heritage of the boat. I know there is a Hustler 35 site already out there so I’ll most probably be adding links to that site if they don’t mind.

As always an association only really works if the community it’s there to support wants to support it.

I’ll announce more in the next couple of weeks, until then I hope any of you who are Hustler owners out there get in touch via PM and say hello :)

Many thanks! I still can't believe I've got a boat again it's taken ages to eek the money away.

The one at Fox's isn't Rhombus it is a different blue hulled Hustler.

I'm afraid the HOA is for Hustlers only.. sorry! :-)

Nice one, I'll have the site up in a couple of weeks. I'll make sure you have a link on the main title bar.
