Does anybody know where I can see a NavMan 8120?

I have been looking for a big plotter, and this looks the business. I already use NavMan stuff, and like the interface so this would suite. The main draw is the max depth quoted as 3.1", which seems a lot shallower than most other big plotters - plus Radar will be available this year.

I just cant find any stockist in the UK who know about it/have one to demo.

Or should I be looking at another bit of kit I haven't considered. Again, depth is an issue as my dash is tight.

What I dont understand is why does no-one do an LCD screen buttons, with the box of hardware seperate so it can be hidden elsewhere - I can by a 30" telly with less depth than most Chart PLotters

Thanks

I looked at these but would need a waterproof screen which is a fortune. - I've bought a Walkabout Hammerhead Tablet PC second hand, which I hope will do the trick.

If you have a dry wheelhouse, the Seiwa looks the business.

Might be worth giving plastimo a ring - I think they had one on demo at the Sportsboat and ribshow in Ocean Village a week ago, but again that didnt belong to a dealer Navman/Plastimo were sharing the stand
