C&RT appoint new CEO

C&RT have announced that Richard Parry will be the new CEO. Currently a director of FirstGroup Rail (and was tipped to be the MD for the West Coast Franchise which is currently under review) he was also for many years with London Underground including Deputy MD for LU and TFL.

Wonder how he'll feel about managing such a tiny and constrained budget of under £200million after working on the £10Billion+ bid for the west coast rail franchise?
