C Map on Raymarine

I have a number of c Map charts that I have used on a Standard Horizon chartplotter. I also have a C-Map USB Multimedia reader that I use on PC Planner on my laptop. Is there any way I can interface them with a Raymarine chartplotter that normally takes avionics charts?

Many Raymarine plotters can use either Navionics or C-Map charts. You'll need to check the spec of the plotter to find out if yours can use either. If it can, you may need to get your C-Map charts on to a different format cartridge.

The plotter I have only has interface for navionics charts. My question is can I use an external card reader with a USB output in any way to input C Map to it?
