Hi Gents,

I have 2 C-Maps for the Central English Channel, one is a C Map NT+ (2005) and shows everything, including passage up rivers ie. the Tamar. The other C Map, which I've just bought on 'the auction site' is just shown as C-Map, and is dated Feb 2013. Obviously these are not the same as the 2013 one only shows coastal areas, and not river details (which is my error for buying it!}.

But I can't find details of this chart M-EW-C201.33 on the Jeppesen site. It seems to me that the older one I have is more useful after all, but what's the benefit, if any, of me keeping the newer chart which shows less info?

I may just place it back in the 'auction'! Have I missed something??

Hi Appledore,

M-EW-C201.33 does appear on the Site, it's just you can't quite put your finger on which format it appears under, as you have to take the format drop down into -Select- before it shows up...

Go here : http://ww1.jeppesen.com/marine/lightmarine/coverage.jsp

Where it says "Select your map" - Don't select any of the formats, leave it on select.
type "C201" into the search bar, about 5 down you'll see "Central English Channel" - This gives you a tiny bit of info and at least you can physically see the area it covers. It has got a release date of Feb 2013.

Hope this helps a wee bit, if not, try giving Jeppessen a call - sometimes a bit of a language barrier as they are based in Italy, but they are usually pretty helpful.
