Byron's Rubber Duck

A 'forumite' (name withheld to prevent unsolicited phone calls or spam attacks) believes Byron is concerned that the new regs may require him to licence his rubber duck which he floats in a bath on water supplied by Thames Water.

Byron himself admits to being 'confused' (or was it 'bewildered').

Can anyone throw any light on this issue? Are we bovvered?

Don't use it in the bath itself, or any navigable area nearby, such as the sink, or Byrons commode.

This is not considered a poultry offence, and any fowl play will result in eagle action.

Under the old regulations, Byron would only have been obliged to pay for the duck, if it could be proved that he was "using" it!!

If its any consolation for Byron, the dinghy I bought 2 years ago turned out to be of a 'lesser build quality' than that of our friends of Disney origin !!! - but as long as it floats

I find marine poultry is best accompanied by a couple of Oranges and 60 mins @ gas Mark7

Ps Should really be out doing stuff to boat,but the thermo thingy ses its -2c outside.
