Depending on how the gennie is wired internally, star or delta. We used to get 110v phase to neutral and 220v ish phase to phase. Otherwise it was 230v ish phase neutral and 380 v phase to phase.

Regardless of the rewiring of the generator to change the voltage, wouldn't the frequency still be wrong?

Just change the revs. My CAT 3306 s in Africa were set at 1500 rpm for 50 Hz. I upped them to 1800 rpm to get 60 hz.

That's just what I thought also.
Trailer is trailer.
Load is load.
Trailer dimensions are not load dimensions.
There is also a term known as "Indivisible load"

Rowing boats get special rules.
For ordinary boats from what I can find its 305mm either side, giving a total of 3160mm or 10ft 4.4in. More than I thought.
At the rear it’s 2m or 3.05m with marker boards.
