Considering that the value of the Turkish Lira has fallen through the floor, are there any boat manufacturers in Turkey as their boats could now be described as a Bargain price.

There are plently of boat manufacturers in Turkey. A lot in super-yacht territory.
Probably all costed out in US dollars as I doubt they take Roubles.

I thought Turkey was the source for many large cheap single use inflatables. I guess it will be a cash deal in some back street

Inflation in Turkey is running at over 50% per annum, and that is the official estimate. In reality it is much worse. Anything that can be sold for more than pocket money is going to be priced in hard currency, most likely Euros.
