Buying Batteries in Lefkas Greece (or Italy, or Croatia)

I need a new set of Gel or AGM batteries, but I'm having a problems.

I'm about to move from Split in Croatia back to Lefkada in Greece. I could possibly call in at Otranto port in Italy (or somewhere nearby on the "heel").

Can anyone suggest a retailer?
