2 Inventory is all secondhand goods and thus not eligible for VAT, again ask for a separate invoice

Is this correct? I think one can now potentially expect VAT and import duties to be charged when moving secondhand goods by car via the channel, for example?

Worked for me in 2015 from Jersey to England, and that route is not Brexit affected. From the EU perhaps different. Presently import duties are zero rated, but give that idiot Macron time !
