Buya new boat

In these very tough financial times (ie a lack of bloody credit!), would any of you more benevolent boat owners consider donating £500k to me to enable me to buy a nice new boat ,thereby helping to arrest the credit crunch in the boat industry!
I am a very affable guy and would be eternally grateful!

What gave you that idea and when has it ever? PBO is the sensible forum, this one is for messing about with boats.

i am sure there is a god out there or maybe a guardian angel and i am just trying to find him/her/it.
It only takes 1!
There`s no point having half a mill in the bank with interest rates at 2% and inflation of 4.5%, as its losing value all the time. my theory is give it to me ( a very deserving cause!!) and lose all its value at once , saving a whole lot of worry over the longer term!

That`s absolutely fine, i shall deliver the $100k US in used notes to Mr N`Kundu in the Turks and Caicos on board my new Pershing/Princess which i shall promptly re-register out there and may even take up humble abode myself!
That could be another nail in Barclays coffers!

V53, nice boat, I was on one on Saturday. However, I fear your 500k may not get you a new one, the broker I was with told me that the list for a fully med-specced one is about 700k at the moment...
