Butane to propane adaptor

Does anyone know where I can buy an adaptor to screw onto a butane bottle, male thread with washer to enable me to fit a propane fitting pipe, male with left hand thread?

In fact the exact opposite!

That seems to be the problem.
The pipe has a male thread and a hand wheel.
