Re: Lloyds?

Listen! Dave (of the leary shirt fame) is a member of the Royal Temple Y.C., now that doesn't make all Templers bad dudes does it? So your run-in with some wrong 'uns shouldn't be allowed to reflect on everyone in Lloyds, though I can commiserate with you.

Re: The Welsh ...

They still do in the far east, I was taken to one of these places as a guest of honour, expected to eat the live brains, I'm afraid I embarrassed my hosts by up-chucking at the sight of such barbarity, well different strokes I guess!

Ah a most important point - rules......
In an unusual volte face this 'club' has all it's members on the committee - ie everyone here; which is permanently in session - amazing; no other club could do it!
Suggestions -
Rule 1 - Any craft flying the forum pennant shall recognise any other craft flying said pennant; welcome them alongside (where practical) and offer them refreshment to the best of their ability.
Rule 2 - there is only rule 1
