Don't agree that they are a public admission of failure I use them as it saves SWMBO getting any fenders out when we come home and hence putting them away when we leave!
Good idea but we put fenders out in case we end up somewhere where we didn't plan to be![]()
Now, that could be construed as a public admission of failure!![]()
Maybe i shouldnt post on this as this is a blatent plug by me as i have an interest

We mould polyurethane pontoon fenders amongst other things,its something i started doing when i got into boating,i did it originally for my own mooring,so i didnt have to deploy fenders when moored,i had alook about on the market and decided to do my own, as i mould alot of polyurethane and other plastics for the engineering and oil and offshore industries. www.ashmouldings.co.uk
