Bump strip

Hi, my dad has a Dutch steel cruiser with a bathing platform built into the transom. The aft edge of the bathing platform is slightly curved across its width and has a 90° edge. He is looking to get some sort of white rubber strip that can be stuck to this edge to prevent it getting chipped by Dinghy’s, etc.
Has anyone seen anything like this available?

Very common on the edge of small boat docks and have seen similar plastic strips used as rub rails on small boats.
