Bukh injectors

Hi all

I have to remove the injectors from my DV24 /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif Whats the trick for extracting them?? I'v managed to get them turning about 45 degrees but thats it . Have poured diesel in the recess around them in the hope of freeing them up . Although initial rotation is better no upward movement is evident /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif Access around the engine is poor which doesnt help . I was hoping to push off on the weekend too.

Can you use the engine compression to move them? Turn it over by hand with levers down.

The answer, as with most things Bukh, is to ask the importers, in Poole. They are an object lesson in consumer helpfulness. Google will find the number.
