Bukh DV10 fuses

The audible alarm on my DV 10 is silent. The first thing to check is the fuse. Does any one know where the fuse holder is. According to the wiring diagram there are four fuses close to the switch panel but on mine the wires appear to go straight into the wiring loom and re appear at the engine connectors, could they be inside them?

I have two versions of the owners manual. One shows no fuses. The other shows the fuse box you describe in the wiring diagram but lists the fuse box as an optional accessory.

I reckon if you cannot find a fuse box in the wiring between the panel and the wiring loom there probably isn't one ...

Thanks VicS Looked again, definately no fuse. Put meter across alarm, no resistance, must be duff.

I discovered that I had no audible alarm on my DV20. Traced the fault to a lead which had come out of the connector block. It was as simple as that.
I am not aware of any fuses either.

Would you believe it! Went for a jolly round the bay and on return turned the key to off BEEEEEP the blooming thing works. What a racket, I'll have to turn my hearing aid off. Thanks again.
