Building Sites

Hello Scuttlebutt,

I have asked this question on the liveaboard, but haveing read SB for 2 years, i thought I'd go to where all the traffic is, so i might get better "run over".

Does anybody know of a good site "around Southampton" that we might be able to build a boat? We neeed a site 100'x40' (ish) on which we will erect a "temporary shed" (2 years) and gantry, which ideally has electricity and water, but not essential, and isnt gonna charge boatyard prices?? within 5 or so miles of a suitable launch site is ok, as i now know the cost of moving 40tonnes of boat via road (alot +more).
