Build a trailer for Jeanneau Fantasia

Help required please!
I am the proud owner of a fin keeled Jeanneau Fantasia which needs to be slipped and retrieved via a ramp and trailer system.
Can anyone supply me with dimensions or better still plans of a suitable trailer.
I have the makings of a very solid double axled trailer but need to know the location of each of the four supports and there height from the base of the keel,
to progress further can anyone help please?
