Have topped my tank up, but with this Soltron type stuff and similar brands (don't think it is available near us 'cause they say "What?"). Do I just bung it in, or bung it in and then run engine, or.....?

Double dose it for the first time, should add it before you top up so it gets mixed but suspect it will still work.
You can get Soltron mail order from Humber Cruising Association.

You put Soltron in with your fuel and forget about it until the next time you fill up. Marlec Marine in Ramsgate are the main stockists in the South but Ramsgate Harbour Board also sell it on their fuel berth.
