Buffer polisher

I am just speaking to a few people who are interested to distribute in Italy and will have to go out there soon.

Orbitals arent very good for polishing angle rinder types are best and its best to use it at slow speed for polishing. Best to use polishing machine on windows/screens as the hand doesnt do as good a job.

Where abouts in Italy are you?

Thanks to everyone for there replies.
As a matter of interest I tried a friends Mer. product at the weekend and it seems quite good but still needs some work on the deck at the front of the screen as this is a little dull still. You can't beat a bit of elbow work though.

Re: Buffer polisher - Sunny Update

Following up on the aftermath. Well I got the boat down to the summer watering grounds and set aside 2 days to follow Andy's rejuvination process. Ordered all the goods and took a solo weekend, hot but chilly afternoon showers Saturday and Sunday, degreased all the deck and console, cut it all, polished it all, tefloned it all, teak clean all. Boat looks AMAZING, clean and shiny LIKE NEW!! Thanks Andy :-) It actually took another day but I was very lucky. Monday (the extra day) was hot and sunny, the sea was flat and after last polishing I took the shiny boat out for a good trial. Circeo to Sperlonga return. Clocked 30 nm. in 1,5 hrs. consumed 20-25 l. diesel estimated. Smooth plane - it's my first experience of power boating but I like it. I also got a good tan. No rain, hot and sunny all day. The boat has lived up to and exceeded my expectations. Planning on the Ponziane Islands for weekends - ill report back.
