BTopenworld have just upgraded the accounts to BTYahoo and introduced a "Spam Filter" to out sort e-mail to a bulk folder - After repeated e-mails to BTOW I've got nowhwere. Does anyone know how to access the bulk folder or turn the spam stuff off.

Very non boaty but its doing my head in - I think some of my mails are going down this Hyperspace Plug Hole.

Sorry can't answer your question as I droped BT years ago when they wouldn't allow anytime to be anytime. I would say though uyou want to get rid of a spam filter that does not allow access. I hgad one and it was merrily deleting what it considered spam and in fact was not. I now use Eudora whick puts all spam in a junk folder including what it considers as being spam which lets me look through quickly and reinstate anything I want to keep. It is great email programme.

The service is quite reliable but the anytime reduced to 150 hrs month - not to bad normally but when your at home all the time a PITA, and NOT the service that was offfered and bought.

Changing ISP is a real pain cus everyone knows the @btopenworld email address.

That was the problem to my mind anytime is anytime if they want you to only use 150 hrs call it 150 hours.

If you decide to change I can recomend Nildram.

By the way what happened to the picture of Court Jester you prommised June last year? Have you been to MyCleopatra site recently for it is now really getting going and any input from Cleopatra owners old or new is great.
