BT Fon / SFR Fon

It always seemed suspicious to me that the likes of BT and SFR would associated themselves with the essentially rebel fon system. I guessed at the time it was to put a stop to the movement spreading. It seems to be successful. As a fon user, I cannot log into btfon wifis, no problem with normal fon access points.

So why aren't Fon making an issue of this?

Though, I do get the impression BT are now distancing themselves from Fon, what with BT Fon wifi hotspots changing to BT WiFi hotspots...

To stop themselves being crushed, I would guess. Telecoms give no quarter.
