Brush Cleaner

Does anyone know of a commercial grade brush cleaner like the now discontinued 'Dulux Brush Cleaner'. Something that will remove all types of paint including Hammerite and polyester resin immediately after use - not hardened!
I don't mean acetone, cellulose thinners or any other rinsing agents, but a water soluble cleaner that will leave the brush like new and ready to use again.

When I have left mine too long then I put them in
paint stripper for an hour.

I've given up trying to clean paint brushes on board. It's so much hassle trying to dispose of the contaminated kitchen roll etc. I just buy a pack of cheap brushes and throw them away after use.

These are quite handy to have on board. No liquid involved, just a pad emitting some evil solvent vapour that prevents the paint drying on the brush.
