Thanks, Sailfree. At the risk of annoying the Thread Police, this is the part that I think is intended for the 3-blade varifold:

95 quid for a metal plate with 3 holes in it seems a little excessive, but then again it's the IP of knowing where to put the holes.
The 4-blade prop version is priced at over £300!
I've got some plate and some M10 bolts. Might get an M10 tap and have a stab at making my own.
I'll remember to put a safety strap on it!

Bolt in middle is a lot larger and ideally needs a point to keep it centred on dimple in middle of prop shaft.

I don't think price is unreasonable considering they are probable each a one off made to order. I think I paid a machine shop £30 to drill 2 holes and tap them in old 3 bladed puller to convert it to 4!
