Broom 1070 question?

We are starting to look at getting another boat and came across a Broom 1070 with twin 130hp Volvo TAMD31 diesels. Most 1070s seem to have the larger 150hp engines and my question is would the 130s be adequate for some occasional coastal cruising as we would be generally using the boat on the river with maybe a short annual sea trip?
