Hi I have a princess same set up, the only thing that works is propspeed but it is very expensive, I tried the new silic one propeller paint from Hempel, it stripped back to the primer after a year so now I just polish them up every year. Nothing much else to say really its just one of those things to add to routine maintenance ! Never had prop slip so far.

To get the best finish you need a metal polishing soap suitable for hard metals and a polishing mop.

It's much easier if you polish with the prop removed, on a fixed pedestal or bench grinder fitted with mops instead of grinding wheels, but if you can't do this you can use a polishing mop on a flexi drive, but it takes longer.
It's quite a lot of work either way but you do get a good mirror finish at the end.

Hi guys thanks for your input up to now I have used a poly disc on angle grinder on my props, rudders, p brackets and started to wet and dry sanding my rudders from 240 building up to 1000 grit so will continue this on the props and p bracket and finishing off with lanolin for protection and hopefully by next season it’s only quick clean up and a little polishing.
