Sloped out of the office early and went to boat yard last night, port prop has dropped a blade, nice clean break right at the boss.

My spare props dont fit (oh joy), another pair of huntsman props are on their way today failing that it'll be new ones (wallet starts quivering).

I am considering forgiving the boat and not attacking it with a chainsaw.

Re: No second chances

This is a bit wimpish. You've given that boat plenty of chances, lots of tlc, now it's gone and busted the prop. That's surely the final straw. It would obviously prefer to be in a playground as wood chippings. Chainsaw time, imho.

Dont you be listening to that TCM fella, an apology and a cuddle of her "P" brackets is in order, after all, the props are metal, she's wood, can't possibly be her fault!

Glad to hear it's only a busted prop Ben. Perhaps you ought to get some raggie style folding ones for next time you drive over some debris? :)

Bill.

Glad it's not major "out-of-the-water" time. I will be down Fri night if you're about.
