Broken fridge - please someone explain like I am 5 how to test it?

Yes it does seem to be fuse or switch, if you have red probe on +12v terminal at compressor and black on negative near fuses and get 13v that would show power at compressor but negative fault, option would be to disconnect both at compressor and to run cable direct to compressor terminals from battery, black first and then red, I suspect compressor would run.

DON'T DO THAT. 12 volt compressors are run in the way I indicated in my post on this thread. You risk damage if you try to power the compressor other than through its own electronic controller. Its OK to power directly to the control box input terminals, but not to the compressor terminals.

You’ve miss interpreted what I meant, power to the controller to confirm the power supply issue, I could have perhaps made it clear that I was taking about compressor unit not compressor directly

To check if the fridge is working you could---

Unplug everything from the 101n0210 (making a note what goes where..)
Make up a cable to go from a 12v battery plus/neg to the top 2 terminals (careful - no fuse)
Make a short lead to clip between the C & T terminaals.
See if it runs.... (no fan so not too long..)

Fwiw, I once couldn't get my fridge to run due to a shorted/broken fan. Removed the thin red below the main two power cables, all worked! Replaced fan (standard computer fan) all fine todate
