Broadcast VHF radio ending in Norway

The audience implicitly approves by continuing to listen! If the quality was unacceptable, then the ratings would drop.

This unit of the audience has withdrawn implicit approval!
I'm not worried by the bit rate or finer points of quality, as it was only for listening while driving or similar.
But the ever-increasing adverts drove me away.
Plenty of ad-free music on the interweb.

The Antenna is the same as a TV (same frequencies), if you have a TV Antenna you can share it with DAB. An FM antenna can work too, although you might not be able to tune into weaker signals.

Throughout Europe local radios have quite good music. A mix of US, English and European charts that often I find better and more varied than the English only (boring) stuff we get in the UK.

Couldnt work this one out unless the Norwegian Government is subsidising repeater digital stations in every little community and isolated farms across Norway.
Thats the problem here in Glenmoriston and many other parts of the UK where VHF reception is iffy and digital reception impossible without a hill top receiver and numerous Glen bottom boosters!
